When you use the Studio we store the content you upload (such as portrait images, audio recordings and scripts), the media generated for you, and usage records (such as how many videos you have created this month). We also collect standard technical data such as device and browser information for security and performance purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and operate the Service — including generating your avatar videos, tracking your plan allowances, processing payments and providing support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. AI Processing
To generate your content, the images, audio and scripts you submit are processed by trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf. These providers process your content solely to fulfil your generation requests and are bound by their own data protection obligations. Your uploads are not used to train AI models by us.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
5. Data Isolation & Security
Your avatars, creations and usage data are private to your account — other users of the platform cannot access them. We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls and row-level data security to protect your information.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your saved avatars at any time from within the Studio. If you wish to delete your account and associated data entirely, contact us through the platform and we will action your request within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention obligations.
7. Cookies & Local Storage
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the platform.
